The Customer Service for the Insurance Professional certification program deals with the critical service role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) while looking at all aspects of the brokerage operations. The program will help to ensure that your office maintains a consistent, high quality, customer service approach in all market conditions.
The program is an excellent resource for any new person to the insurance industry or for seasoned employees looking for a refresher course. Designed to be helpful to all staff in the brokerage, it targets a wide range of knowledge and skills needed by Customer Service Representatives that includes, providing excellent and dependable customer relations to deal with the most challenging situations faced in a brokerage.
CSIP is a certification program consisting of four modules. There is no final examination. Each student must have a mentor designated at the time of registration – someone who serves as a coach, providing guidance where students need assistance.
A certificate is presented at the completion of the first module indicating the module is complete. A seal is added to the certificate with each completed module.
