Refund Policy

Membership Fees:
There is no refund for membership fees.

Events, Webinars & Seminars:
There will be no refunds offered for individual however, substitutions may be made for any registrant.

Courses:

• Self-study course registrations are non-refundable once the textbooks have been shipped from the IBANB office.
• Fees for immersion courses will not be refunded unless notice of cancellation is given three weeks in advance of the start of the course.
• Substitutions may be made for any student, at any time.
