The Opportunity – Receptionist
Reporting to brokerage ownership, the receptionist will be responsible for central reception services for our busy insurance office and administrative support as required. The receptionist provides an important first impression of the company to external customer/clients and is a key player in the projection of our professional image.
Major Accountabilities/Deliverables
Provide professional and courteous Reception services Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
. Answer multiple line telephone system, direct all incoming calls to the appropriate staff; take and distribute messages as required; accept customer payments as required; provide general company information in response to telephone inquiries
. Receive customers and visitors in a courteous manner, provide a welcoming atmosphere and ensure reception area is maintained to project a professional image.
. Sort and distribute all incoming mail/courier delivery. Sign for packages as
Required.
. 3-5 years experience working reception
