The claim has been reported. Now what? This is an overview of a property claim, describing the process after assignment to a Restoration Contractor. This helps you to know what the expectations are from the insurer, what potential delays there may be, instruction on equipment and processes used during a claim and when they might be used. Know what happens behind the scene so you can address questions if your client calls you for answers.
Pam has been with Paul Davis Restoration for almost 10 years and has held roles in both the Franchisee and the Franchisor. Recently, she was promoted to the role of Continuing Education Director.
In this role, she is helping to develop new CE offerings, enhance and update existing seminars, and to consolidate the Canadian and US programs into one North American CE program. Prior to working within the restoration industry, Pam had over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, working with insurance companies and brokerages, in both Personal and Commercial Lines of
business.
