Selection Process - How the winners are determined

1. Once an online nomination is received a list of questions is sent electronically to the person nominating for further clarification were needed
2. Each nominator completes the questions and submits them to the email provided OR a phone interview will be set up to review responses.
3. If a nominator cannot be reached prior to the deadline for deciding the nomination will be disregarded (no exceptions).

The responses to the questions are how each award recipient will be determined - therefore we encourage you to provide as much detail or examples as possible.
