Webinar: CCDC 21 – 2016 A Guide to Construction Insurance and CCDC 41 – 2020 Insurance Requirements

CCDC has launched CCDC Document Webinars, an exciting new initiative aimed at providing information and guidance about the content and use of our standard construction documents.

In February, we will be hosting a two-hour webinar on CCDC 21 – 2016 A Guide to Construction Insurance and CCDC 41 – 2020 Insurance Requirements at 2:00 p.m. (EST) on February 17.

Join the authors as they explain the many aspects of both documents, beginning with the insurance requirements in CCDC contract forms. They will explain the types of policies necessary to comply with such requirements, specifically when there may be a need to require broader or different coverage to the minimum standard insurance provisions. Emphasis will fall on the new insurance requirements in CCDC 2 – 2020 for:

• unmanned aerial vehicle liability insurance;
• contractors’ pollution liability insurance; and
• professional liability insurance.
