The webinar is free for any IBANB member that has their E&O policy with IBANB (IBANB E&O policyholders). The fee to attend if you do not have your E&O policy with IBANB is $75.00.

Andrew Moss is a partner and lawyer with Moss Hachey Law in Fredericton, New Brunswick.  Andrew’s practice focuses on personal injuries, motor vehicle accidents, insurance disputes and professional negligence.  Andrew has been lead counsel in various civil actions involving claims against insurance brokers.

Matthew R. Davis is a Vice President and Claims Manager at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in Kansas City, Missouri, with 30 years of experience working in and for the insurance industry.  He joined Swiss Re in 2004, where he has focused his attention on professional liability claims involving both insurance agents and lawyers throughout the United States and Canada.  Prior to joining Swiss Re Matt spent ten years with a Kansas City litigation firm handling insurance defense, product liability and coverage matters, followed by three years as ‘captive counsel’ defending a wide array of CIGNA property & casualty insureds.  He also worked in academia for a period of time, serving as Assistant Dean of the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law for seven years.    Matt earned a B.A. in Economics/English from the University of Kansas and a J.D. from the University of Texas.
