The IBACtech AI Project is a national initiative focused on helping brokers better understand, evaluate, and prepare for the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence in the insurance industry. As AI continues to influence underwriting, claims, customer experience, and brokerage operations, this project aims to ensure brokers are informed, represented, and positioned to adapt successfully.

Through industry collaboration, research, and dialogue with insurers and technology providers, the AI Project examines how emerging tools can support — not replace — the trusted advisory role of the broker. It also works to identify opportunities, risks, and practical considerations for brokerages of all sizes.
